Whisler examines the available evidence to determine the boundary location rather than relying solely on occupation lines, tax maps, or deed dimensions. The completed survey depicts the parcel's configuration, dimensions, and boundary monumentation, together with other information included in the scope. Clients should provide existing surveys, deeds, and relevant title documents to assist with the investigation.

Common questions
Is a boundary survey the same as boundary line staking?
The boundary survey documents the property boundary. If you also need the line marked on the ground for a fence or other work, ask about boundary line staking when requesting your quote.
Should I send an old survey?
Yes. Send any existing survey along with the property address and purpose of the new work so Whisler can review the available information.
